Not every receptionist is satisfactory. Some are good and some are just average. Wasting my time to go back for an insurance form when the first receptionist should have asked if I needed one? Dr Claveau 5 out of 5!!!! Yes I could have asked for one in the first place.... it not like this insurance form from the receptionist is a foreign concept.

I had appointment by 7. I didn't make it before 7 cuz I work until 6. Takes an hour to get here. Oh btw 1 star isn't for doctors as iInever used thier services. It's for the receptionist who didn't make right appointment.
