Got an appointment at 6pm for my two kids The secretary wrote it herself on the appointment card the date n time which she gave to me when I took the appointment, i went there at 5.45pm and and they make me wait till 6.35 without saying nothing and they r passing other client. When i go ask why am still waiting when my appointment is at 6pm They got to tell me infront of others it happen that sometime the appointment change I told them i have no problem u change it But u or ur secretary have to call n inform There is covid I have babies I cant expose them because u want to change ur appointment according to ur convenience Forget about a phone call 50mins of waiting in their office infront of them they did not find it necessary to inform me n make me wait for no reason Cheap service And Discrimination

Jai référer mon amie pour sa fille de 8 ans a Dr brodeur. Je regrette ammerment de l'avoir fait. Dr brodeur la traumatisé en lui fesant mal et en plus on doit tout refaire ce que Dr brodeur a fait dans sa bouche. Le spécialiste ne comprends pas pourquoi Dr brodeur a fait autant de ravage dans la bouche au lieu de le référer plus tôt. Moi ca fais maintenant quelque temps que je n'y vais plus car je n'ai pas apprécié la pression mise par la secrétaire. Dr brodeur a dû lui dire de me faire payer et me laisser partir. Mon conjoint a dû annuler un rendez vous, une bad luck nous est arriver, la secretaire ne voulait pas annuler le rendez vous elle a juger mon conjoint en lui disant qu'il ne prenait pas soins de sa bouche. Je pourrais continuer a écrire tout plein de situation vécus la bas... Donc pour toute ces raison pensez y comme il faut avant dy aller!
