Great gym with lots of space and machines in it as well as free weights, benches, racks, mobility area and cardio area. One day pass is 20$ which is fair compared to other gyms.

Hello there I want to come tonight in the gym around midnight ,is it possible to come inside ,or some of the staff will be there that I can come and train at night ???

It’s a bit of a weird gym in my view, I felt it was a little intimidating. The equipment is really old, probably from the 90s. Don’t think I’ve ever seen a j-hook on a squat rack with a nut and bolt in any gym I’ve ever been to anywhere in the world. I also think $18CAD for a casual visit is pushing the price point for what you’re getting. It definitely does the job if you’re on a holiday, but it’s definitely outdated.

I tried to ask a simple question over the phone and the Manager of this establishment told me if im calling a gym in Quebec i need to speak in french and hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional as they spoke fluent English. I would give zero stars if I could.
