My experience with Centro Sharjah was deeply disappointing for several reasons, but most notably due to the front desk staff. One employee in particular, Nader, was exceptionally unprofessional—he was blunt and dismissive not only toward guests but also toward his own colleagues. I witnessed him bullying a female colleague from the restaurant in front of customers, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the hotel never responded to my email confirming my room reservation. When I arrived, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked. While staff members like Majd and Mahmoud genuinely tried their best to assist me, they were unable to resolve the issue—despite it being caused by the hotel’s failure to respond to my communication. What frustrated me the most, however, was Nader’s behavior. His rudeness toward me, other guests, and his co-workers is unacceptable and unprofessional. I honestly do not understand how someone with such conduct is allowed to represent the hotel. That’s why I have to rate this hotel 1 out of 5.

The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and beverages. From made-to-order omelets to freshly baked croissants, every item was delicious and well-prepared. The inclusion of international and local delicacies added a nice touch. The ambience of the hotel is also no doubt impressive and the staff are very polite and attentive towards gusts so that they get everything they need the most.
