Karshin BalajiI have I have purchased Birkenstock slipper on 2024 December. This product is completely fake. I have used several times 6 to 7 times. This Birkenstock was not helping to rectify my issue, so don’t waste your money in Birkenstock in Central. The customer service is very bad. so please save your money and buy some other other products.

Clones RajPlease don’t buy anything in CENTRO, especially located @ BROOKEFIELDS, COIMBATORE. During May 2023, I have purchased Birkenstock sandals worth about Rs.10,000/-. Last month I have noticed a crack in the bottom of the sole and I asked them to fix the same. But they refused and they told after one year of purchase it is not possible. I informed them that I was ready to pay the charges. But they were not ready to fix the crack. But METEO SHOES are giving good service and doing all kind of repairs till the life time of the products. So please don’t buy anything in CENTRO.
Irfan qureishi SPoor service & worst experience This the slippers I got yesterday and I wanted to exchange the product and they denying to exchange it’s very uncomfortable while driving I can’t drive the car I removed the slippers and started driving..it’s new we dint use it for days..just last evening got and started using today and immediately I call and inform the shop but the denying to exchange it..worst experience of this shop customer service..the tag and bill copy everything is there but still they not accepting it..online shopping is more comfortable at least they 15days return.. And this cost 1799/- now waste of money I strongly recommend not to purchase from this shop other shops much cheaper and they even exchange for 1day n l.. This people are talking rude in phone and not responding
