⭐ 1/5 - If I could give zero stars, I would—this performance is a masterclass in how to botch everything with Olympic-level incompetence. From day one, it’s been a parade of facepalm-worthy screw-ups that make you wonder if they’re secretly auditioning for a reality show called “Dumbest Decisions Ever.” Third parties are hounding me instead of the realtor, because apparently, basic communication is too advanced for these rocket scientists. They sent me forms to sign with someone else’s Social Security number plastered all over them—brilliant, just handing out random people’s identities like it’s confetti! Then, the realtor, with confidence, told me to notarize a blank document. Their excuse? “Oh, I didn’t even look at it.” Stunning work, geniuses —The list of their brain-dead blunders is longer than a CVS receipt, and every step feels like wading through a swamp of stupidity. To the response below: Nothing screams “professionalism” quite like gaslighting your own clients. If pretending ignorance is your defense, it’s not working. The realtor was informed of every issue — and I have the proof. Thanks for putting your company’s incompetence on display.

Kayla helped us buy our home in 2014 and we knew when it was time to sell it she was who we wanted. Look, whoever is looking for a home…. GO SEE AMY BROCATO!!!! I swear by her. So look in the beginning I was not the biggest fan…. She had already gotten a fill for what we were after and so when I would tell her I wanted to go look at a house she was like “ no, you aren’t going to like that” I would think to myself how do you know what I’m going to like you don’t even know me like that. Let me see what I want to. 🤣🤣 well…. To my surprise…. I was wrong…. Yall this woman found our perfect home with little to no help from us and then she stuck by us through 3 mortgage companies 70 days later where SHE referred us to reach out to Robert Nay Quinn and his crew at endurance mortgage, who although we had a difficult case he was able to make it happen in 8 DAYS. Can you believe that?? Y’all I’m telling you I gave this amazing woman a run for her money and she never gave up on us not once. If you want an incredible, number one realtor…. Go see Amy Brocato…. Just make sure you bring her a sandwich 🤣🤣
