Dealing with Jason is not only dealing with an experienced real estate agent, but dealing with an experienced real estate team. They have professional cleaning persons, professional staging people whose majors are in arts & interior design, professional photographer, and of course great real estate agents like Jason and his associates Juliet. Because of their professional servics, they have many customers and they do many trades. As a result, they know the market very well (such as the fair market value of the property, the strategies to sell on different timing, even the cost/value of some renovations). Jason and Juliet helped me to buy a house in December 2024, and to sell my house in January. Not only the price difference is within my budget, but also the closing dates are within 5 days. So I can save much on interest cost. While selling my house, I did have different opinions with them on how many times of open house should be done, and the bidding time (I keep my house very clean, don't want to do two times open house and dirtied house, but they maintained the cleaniness after). They explained that January is the slowest month in the year, one time open house might not attract all potential buyers and some buyers and their agents might be still on holiday. Luckily, I listened to them. End up I got the perfect result. Thanks Jason, Juliet and your professional team! I appreciate!

Best broker I have ever worked with. Strongly recommended. It is not easy to work in this market, but Jason and his team make it work. The whole process is smooth, and I am impressed by his trade/marketing resources. Jason's extensive knowledge of the real estate market truly set him apart. I want to write a review about this real estate broker Jason Gao and sales representative Jimmy Yang. I’m a very blunt and direct person, if I experienced bad services, then I will make my way to file a complaint and make sure the management team knew about it. But if I experienced very good services, then I will make sure to give the compliments and make sure everyone knows about it. To be honest, my house is at the verge of foreclosure, actually the bank had sent me a lawyer letter. Jason Gao immediately helped find me a lawyer who is very knowledgeable and nice in this field. He assured me not to worry. The house was a mess and dirty because I was too lazy to do housework; therefore needed some renovation and painting and afterward deep cleaning the house to look sparkling clean. Jimmy Yang willing to help me find the renovator and Jason helped me find cleaning team. They are all very nice and done it professionally. I needed to move out everything and stage the house. Jimmy helped me move and he also helped me find a rental place at a very reasonable rental price. He is very patient and honest as he doesn’t push me or give me pressure about the rental and selling the house. I have no job and money is a problem for me, Jason knew my situation, so he offered to help me cover half the moving costs and cleaning costs til I can pay after selling the house. Additionally, he fully covered the staging cost for me. As for the moving fees, I asked Jason if he can help me pay first until I sold my house as I’m short in money, he immediately without hesitation replied ok, no problem. I was shocked and grateful to him because he just knew me as his client. I can tell you that he really taking care of you under his care and company. Next came staging the house, the team were very fast, effective, and decorated the place very professionally. When the offer came in, Jason and Jimmy did not pressure me the sign the offer but instead they explained in detail about the housing market and comparing to other offer of the similar price range and location. They said it’s up to me to decide. They are very knowledgeable and very professional and very helpful as a team. I’m very grateful to have known them and signed them as my listing agent. I will go to no one else except Jason Gao and Jimmy Yang in the future and referred my family members, friends and who needs to buy or sell houses. Take it or leave it. Whether you believe me or thinking this is made up, I don’t care because I’m telling the truth and Gods knew it. Thank you Jason and Jimmy for all your help and support!!!!
