Jared Van Cleve has represented me as both a buyer and seller. He is calm, unflappable, and even handed. No pressure or sales hyperbole which I really appreciate. He is very thorough. There was no information that I wanted that he did not already have and some that without him I wouldn’t have known was important. He was ahead of me on everything I wanted or needed to know. While I do not have a lot of experience in buying/selling my homes, Jared is the first and only real estate agent that I felt able to completely trust was doing what was in my best interest from start to finish. Working with Jared truly has been a pleasure. I highly recommend him whether you are buying or selling your home. (And P.S. I think Jared’s office back up is superlative. Everything moved so smoothly, without a single glitch that I was aware of, even though there were some difficult time constraints!)
