We started our new home build with Century Custom Homes during the latter part of 2019. A good portion of the build occurred in 2020, during the initial and most uncertain time of the covid 19 pandemic. Somehow we were able to stay on track with our timeline thanks to David and his subcontract team that was still willing to work. Dealing with David, his subcontractors, and his preferred vendors was overall easy and pleasant. The quality and timeliness of the work produced was precisely why we chose a custom builder. After being in our home for over 1.5 years now it’s reassuring to know it has held up to the seasonal temperature and weather changes, despite some being quite extreme.
