I had my first visit to this clinic today, and I am somewhat disappointed with the service. Initially, my regular Massage Therapist at another clinic was fully booked, and as I needed relief for my back pain, a co-worker recommended this clinic. When I booked my appointment over the phone, the lady took some of my information, and I assumed everything was in order. However, upon arriving at the exact time of my 2:30 pm appointment, I was not informed to come 5 or 10 minutes early to fill out additional paperwork for their records, leaving me no choice but to complete it then. In summary, the massage therapist brought me into the room around 2:45 pm. While she was skilled, the massage lasted only 45 minutes instead of the paid 1-hour session. Additionally, I was expecting a full-body massage, but she only focused on my back. To add to the disappointment, when I tried to claim my bill directly through my insurance, the front desk informed me it was rejected without providing detailed information. Despite my request to call my provider, I was told it was too late as their office was not in Edmonton. Left with no choice, I paid out of pocket. Upon reaching home, I contacted my provider and discovered that the rejection was due to wrong input of information or internet connection issues. This experience reflects poor service, and the staff was unhelpful throughout the process.

I found the people at this clinic very friendly and professional. When you first walk in, you are greeted by Laura, a friendly office manager/receptionist who will get all your pertinent information from you and then direct you to the appropriate room for treatment. I had back problems and barely able to walk and Dr. Fong in time with prescribed exercises and treatments, had me fixed up as good as new. The massage therapist, Maria is the best therapist I have ever had work on me ( and I have had quite a few therapists). With her massage therapy in conjunction with Dr. Fong's prescribed treatments and exercises, Maria got me back to where I can walk with minimum amount of pain because of her expertise. I can't say enough good things about the people that work there in the clinic, but the results speak for themself. I also have other family members who attend this clinic and I would recommend this group of professionals to anyone.

Dr. Pagnotta is incredible. I was rear ended pretty severely in 2014 while I was driving to work, did physio on my neck/upper back for 6 months and went on my merry way. A couple months ago I had some pretty bad pain and motion problems in my lower back/hip hip (residual from the accident) flare up. I booked in with Dr. Pagnotta to have her take a look and she was very thorough and helpful in our initial consultation and appointment. I’ve been back to see her a few times since and I cannot say enough good things. I always walk out of appointments with immediate relief from any discomfort or pain and she always gives good advice and the best adjustments. I’m so glad I found her.
