My attic fan hasn't worked in years. I figured it would probably get repaired with another visit from Certified Electrical Technologies, but instead was taken care of the same day they came out. Don was the tech's name. He was extremely courteous, skillful, and professional. Diagnosed what the problem was almost immediately. Fan motor had seized up. Had everything he needed to replace it. I was amazed at how he managed to maneuver his 6'4" frame up into our attic. Job took just about an hour to complete. Fantastic work! We can actually feel the difference in how having it working now compliments running our AC.

The technician arrived on time!!! He was very friendly and professional. He fixed my ceiling fan quickly and efficiently. He also replaced a toggle switch that had become sticky over the years. Although he was sent by my homeowners warranty, I would definitely hire them for any electrical work.

Patience. Since before COVID I have patiently awaited a hardwire digital doorbell. Installation of my RING door bell camera was hugely successful and appreciated. With the transformer upgrade (24 volts) there was no impact to existing house hold desktop computer operations The cellphone software update allowed for users to view approaching visitors, Amazon delivery and family. We now felt more secure in our home. Time is money so upon successfull hardware installation and some useful tips to download the Ring Camera software onto our cellphone the technician was happily on his way. Unfortunately I must upgrade my old iPhone 8 cellphone to add another cellphone device (iOS).
