Simons is an awesome department store in the heart of The Ottawa market and Rideau Shopping Centre. It offers a wide variety of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing and housewares. The prices vary but they offer quality named brands along with their own. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We really enjoy shopping at Simon’s in Ottawa and Quebec.

A vast store with multiple levels here at Rideau Mall downtown Ottawa. It has an abundance of different products for both men and women. The prices and quality vary but I’m sure that you can find what you’re looking for. 👍😎

I had the best experience at Simon’s Ottawa located in the Rideau Centre. I tried a few clothes and thanks to the a customer representative there, it went by smoothly. I had my outfits set in the changing room before getting in. They made sure I found everything I was looking for. I ended up leaving very satisfied and not empty ended. I totally recommend

I bought something only a day ago decided to return “it was an impulsive buy” ..the cashier I had when I made my purchase, was telling me I should make an account for free with Simon’s so I did tell me how she connects my account to another random persons account. As they had the same phone number in the system from like 10 years ago under a guy. So now I go to return it not knowing this So o had 3 employees try to tell me it’s not from there I didn’t buy this items here and that the receipt of my purchase here even though it has my debit card number that I paid with.. but had this other persons account name is just sketchy to me .. I asked them to change this for me after three employees made me feel like I was going crazy but they were in the wrong!! They refused to change that name off my number.. here 80% of them associates are super sketchy, unhelpful and just nonchalant to customers. And treat you like a peasant as if they are working in fashion district New York good lord. Humble yourselves sweethearts. Some nice unique pieces of clothing.. but high price for some of the cheap quality.. unfortunately after this sketchy experience I am replacing my bank card again incase since this cashier put my purchase onto someone else’s name. I’m left feeling very worried and disrespected. Never have I experienced this in my life. Anyways they ended up figure it out for me and I got my refund. But only after I put up a fight. And the employees at customer service are rude and unfriendly. The guy in the back was just staring at me like he had nothing better else to do and smirking at me. It was pathetic. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had happen to me in my life.i will not be returning and warning people about this too. Truly unfortunate that I have to now worry about my debit info and birthdate and name linked to another persons account.. please somebody who owns this place call me I want some type of compensation my whole day was literally ruined. I walked out of there with grace. DONT SHOP HERE
