We are generally satisfied with the quality of the machine, the behavior of the manpower, and the overall management. Installation and training were handled very well by Mr. Anil Kumar, who provided excellent support and guidance during the setup process. The machine’s build quality is also commendable. However, we faced an issue with the automatic packaging function. While we expected the machine to handle both 500 ml packs automatically, it requires manual adjustment by increasing or decreasing the process settings. This has been a point of dissatisfaction for us, as it does not fully meet the expectations of an automatic system. We hope this issue can be addressed in future improvements or through a technical solution.
