Excellent dental care and very friendly. I had a bad experience in the past with an other dentist office and was very nervous about going back to the dentist. I went to Chagger Dental and explained my situation and they were awesome with me. Would not go anywhere else.

I would highly recommend this office. The staff are so nice, the doctor is compassionate and professional. I recently had a mouthguard made and the results were excellent. The whole process was easy. They used 3D scanning technology to ‘cast’ an image of my mouth. No more of that messy goop to make the mould. One week later, I was very impressed with how perfect the fit was. I have had mouth-guards made in the past and sometimes needed adjustments made to them to feel comfortable. Thank you Chagger Dental!

This is the best Dental clinic I've been to. Friendly, fun, yet professional staff. Relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone.

The receptionists and hygienists were lovely, however the dentist leaves much to be desired. After assessing my daughter's teeth, he suggests the need for 4 fillings (without xrays). He said they were all on her adult teeth, withholding the fact that it was her adult molars and NOT the 4 front adult teeth that just came in. He said the decay was visible, even though they weren't fully exposed. I discussed with him that we cannot afford sleep dentistry and that my daughter is very nervous with dental procedures. Even during the cleaning, she was nervous, to which he came out and said that her cheeks were red and perhaps she has a virus, to which I explained that she is nervous and shy. Publicly calling her out and suggesting an issue other than her discomfort was rude, in my opinion. After explaining her nerves about procedures and our financial issues with sleep dentistry, he said that he would attempt nitrous and that he could take care of it at their location, assuming he was being empathetic. So we booked the appt to get the fillings. When we arrived, the dentist kept my daughter waiting in the chair for 10 mins before entering the room (making her more nervous for the delay). When he entered, he immediately scolded the hygienist for not having the xrays ready, to which he noticed it was HIS mistake for not getting them, and promptly said, "I thought we referred you out to sleep dentistry?" I said, no we discussed you doing it here, you explained you would. And he said, "Well I can't do the procedures without xrays." And I asked if he could then do them. He said for the hygienist to do them and left the room. At this point, his lack of bedside manner made my daughter more nervous. The hygienist then attempted the xray, but my daughter started crying when she inserted the xray objects into her mouth, and then she attempted the stand-up xray machine. After coming back to the room, the dentist entered and said that he wasn't doing the work today, that he needed xrays. I said, were they not just done? He said he can't use them and that he won't work on someone who is crying. I said to him that we had DISCUSSED that this would be an issue, and he did not acknowledge my concerns, or that of my daughter, and said he doesn't feel comfortable if his patient is crying, and walked away. This was a complete waste of time. I felt unheard, and the entire interaction felt like I was dealing with an egotistical, entitled brat. His "refusing to work" with a crying child reminded me of an arrogant actor throwing up his arms, like "I can't work like this" when someone brings him a lukewarm latte. He made zero attempt to calm my daughter or put her at ease, and we walked out of there with no work done and a greater fear of the dentist for my daughter. His arrogance and disinterest in his patients shows me that he is undeserving of our business, and he should feel so lucky that he operates out of a small town, to which he gets business simply by being there.
