This studio is clean and welcoming. Good vibes from all who practice here. Public parking lot makes this location accessible. Complementary towels, clean shower and bathroom are available. Practice space provides a unique environment to explore your practice. Instructors are knowledgeable and offer plenty of modifications to suit your practice needs if you have an injury that your working through. The heat is perfect. This studio is so amazing! I practically live here the amount that I go. The studio is clean, sacred, welcoming, and affordable!!! I love all of the teachers! I take mostly power classes with Nicole, Alex, and Deb they are great! But, Aliza is so special and she teaches a beautiful All Levels Class, which is awesome! not to mention her Friday night yin based chill fest is the best! Love it!!!!! Nick has a wonderful meditative power flow on Saturday’s and it’s everything you’ve been needing! I can’t get enough of this yoga studio and it’s entire community.

Chakra Power Yoga is a community of people with good vibes. The friendly energy is palpable and the instructors are very knowledgeable. I like that there are no mirrors, which contributes to the holistic feel and nonjudgmental atmosphere. There are 4 studios that are all included with membership. I find it helpful to be able to have flexibility with what classes fit into my schedule! Nicole, the owner, is always accommodating : )

I wanted to make a recommendation for support Chakra Power Yoga.They have 3 locations, each location has it's own charm - I have been to all 3 locations becausethis studio has been my saviour during the Pandemic. I guarantee you this studio is NO cookie cutter YOGA studio I had been going occasionally pre-pandemic but since it reopened in July I have been taking classes weekly - from Warm Flow to Power Flow to a Chakra Cleanse and Sunday SadhanaThe owner and instructor Nicole is down to earth, when you meet her you will feel like you have known her forever. The teachers are all amazing and their candour about their own personal journeys/struggles is so (expletive) refreshing. When I walk through the doors I am greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. I can always share how I am REALLY doing.They recently added more classes to accommodate new students and have great new student specials being offered. The space is safe, I feel safer there than at any grocery store.
