Cate BallThe hotel overall seems to have been renovated. For some reason, bathrooms are the hardest for hotels to upgrade. But the room was clean and the bed and pillow s were comfortable. Don't be surprised like I was. I was expecting a typical hotel. This place also has high stakes poker on the ground floor, so has security at the front.

Stayed during a popular time in Houston it was rodeo and spring break but the hotel was still amazing as far as meeting needs cleanliness and it was no more then 30 minutes from all the places attended. I want to say how amazing Anthony, Ben, and Amy were to me and my friend each and every day we sat at the bar. They made the experience 10xs better !! Thank you
AndrewWe stayed here for 2 days with our kids. We were excited after reading all the positive reviews, so we booked the room. Man…it was terrible experience! First, you will be scanned and searched by a security at the door every time you go in the hotel! And the daytime security guy was mean, and disrespectful….he looked at you like a criminal and demanded you to hand the bags in a very rude manner! After searching all your bags, he said “go in” like a mad guy! We honestly didn’t think we should deserve this kind of treatment! The security should make you feel safe and comfortable , but they instead treat you like a criminal! The room service was non-responsive! We called and reported that there was no phone line and no WiFi signal….they didn’t send anyone to check it! Also, they should come to clean and change dirty towels everyday, but they didn’t. We had to go down the front desk to ask for more towels ! Terrible experience and will never come back here again !!
Chyna BlaqqqROOM WAS NOT CLEAN! I booked this room through my job and when I arrived I see it's a handicap accessible room! The toilet seat was filthy, shower floor filthy, crumbs in the fridge and inside fridge handle, crumbs on nightstand and on the floor near it. Room also has a funky musky odor. I went downstairs to see if I can be moved and he says they are fully booked and they can't do a refund because it was third party! Sure doesn't feel good being STUCK with a filthy room! I came from out of state to enjoy myself and end up with this! Idk who I need to speak with, but I'm going to get my money back! I guess they feel as if minor attention is needed for handicap rooms! Housekeeping needs to do better!!
