In the last month I have had two crowns put in by Champlain Dental. The dentist and assistants were professional and pleasant throughout the process. They informed me of what was happening and gave excellent instructions to ensure success. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental care!

The team at Champlain Dental all provided me with positive interactions throughout my visit, from reception, to the x-ray technician and Dr. Sura they all take the time to explain the process They were able to fit me in today on short notice during a telephone call that I made to their office in regard to dental pain, I attended at the office for an exam and Dr. Sura provided a thorough explanation of results and the steps that will be taken, I look forward to my next visit. I feel that I will be in good hands and recommend that anyone else in need of dental care get in touch with Champlain Dental.

I've been going to Champlain Dental for about a year, and after trying a few different dentists, I found the one. Connie at reception is a pure gem. She is professional but shows great empathy and care for patients. My messages always get relayed to the dentist (which many medical secretaries fail to do!). Thanks, Connie! Dr. Sura and her trusty sidekick Irina are both amazing as well. I experienced fairly severe anxiety, and they never treated me like I was a nuisance. They ensure I go at my pace and ask how I'm doing often during a procedure. They offer me breaks when they notice me becoming more uncomfortable and thanks to this, I've learned to relax in the dentist's chair because I know I can raise my hand. Dr. Sura or Irina will stop whatever they are doing and care about my mental well-being before continuing. Knowing that I can trust them this much has lessened my overall anxiety more and more every time that I see them because their great care is not an act. It's who they are, and therefore, it's consistent. They treat their patients well. Dr. Sura was not happy with the way that my nightguard was made, and she asked for it to be done again. I know that many dentists have told friends that their teeth would eventually mold it and that it would be fine. Not Dr. Sura. She adjusted and adjusted and realized that it was not clicking properly on my teeth, and she told me that she wanted me to have "something great." I have also gone through a loss recently, and the entire team has been fantastic about moving around appointments. They know I would not play games with them and cancel to cancel. I apologized to them, but each told me separately that I had nothing to worry about. They understood and gave me their deepest sympathies. Another dentist at another clinic had asked me (years ago) for my aunt's death certificate not to charge me for a missed appointment and to be allowed to book more appointments with him. I provided the certificate and never went back. This situation is something that contributed to creating my dental anxiety. Thankfully, Champlain Dental is fantastic, and I feel more confident after each visit. Thank you, entire team! I know that I didn't mention everyone. I'm terrible with names!! You're all wonderful, helpful and caring

By far the best dentist experience I've ever had. Everyone is super friendly, and the service they provide is top notch. For once, I feel like a person not just a bunch of money to be made!
