A prescription was sent there December 23, 2024 for my minor child , I was only contacted day of for my benefits card , never heard back from them till I called January 6th well at the doctor's office who sent the prescription to be filled ,the doctor was not pleased that we didn't receive the prescription, they claimed they called me which they did not then told me my benefits were terminated which they are not , so they just put this important prescription on hold, had to pay out of pocket and then they are sending it by UPS with a signature required by a minor . Very disappointed in how they speak to patients and the time it took to get the prescription even filled , still have not received this for my daughter and its the 9th of January. So many other compounding pharmacies to go to save the headache and the rudeness
