Chang Noi Thai in Parker is my favorite Thai restaurant when I need to satisfy my craves for pad thai. I order the chicken pad Thai (medium heat). The serving is large and I love taking home my leftovers and eating it the next day. The servers are always very attentive, kind and welcoming. There is plenty of seating. However it is one Parker's favorite restaurants. You may have to wait. It's well worth it! Crab cheese wontons are super good! We also tried a new spicy dish that was a coconut/broth with some heat! We had chicken, potatoes and onions in it. It was delicious!

The food is quality. But, I got a lunch portion yesterday when I ordered a dinner portion of Garlic Supreme over the phone at about 1:45. I know this because it came with an egg roll (which doesn’t come w the dinner) and it was about 50% the portion of a normal dinner. With tax and the annoying convenience fee, their dishes now well are over $20. Is that where we are now? $22 pad thais in podunk Parker CO? And to not get the right portion when I paid that was tremendously disappointing. Look at the photo, the container is about 1/3 full. Does that look like $22 of food to you? They close at 2 for a couple hours so it was already too late.

"Chang noi" means "little elephant" in Thai, and the food is so good here I usually leave looking like one! Serving up beautifully crafted dishes and they don't shy away when you want it actual Thai Hot. Might be the best Isan style Som Tam I've had in Colorado, even includes the soft shell crabs (sometimes)! Other recommended dishes: Tom Yum, Cabbage Stir-Fry, Garlic Supreme, Pad Cha to name a few. You must go visit Little Elephant!

Absolutely amazing every time I have been here. The curry is so, so, so delicious. I want to try more on the menu, but keep coming back to the same thing. Try it, you won't be disappointed and the level of heat is just perfect.
