Awful property managers. Refused to fix our hot tub jets for the entire year we leased there, and withheld $2000 from our security deposit for things including a tree the landscaper we paid every month didn't trim and not removing articles the homeowner requested we leave behind. I would NOT rent a property managed by them - the worst!

Erin was with us every step of the way, there was times it was difficult as we were selling my mom's house, who had passed away, and there were a lot of emotions, as this was a house my built with my stepfather. Erin Peace is a great realtor. Although my husband and I weren't looking to buy, just rent, she was very prompt, kind, and professional.
