My mum took her car for an MOT here. She is 80 years old and had to go on her own as I live in Bristol and my brother couldn't attend as was previously planned. I told her I would stay on the phone with her while she was there. They were so nice and helpful she didn't need me on the phone as she felt comfortable on her own. Thank you all for looking after mum.
