I had a great experience at this salon. The staff is very professional and friendly. They listened to what I wanted and cut my hair exactly the way I like it. The place is clean and comfortable and I felt very welcome. I am happy with the result and will definitely come back. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

I’m very disappointed by my experience going to Charizma salon. Nandita was very nice and professional, while booking me, and great about getting me in quickly. But once I sat down, everything changed. I was double or triple booked, I’m not sure, and I think she was rushing because I received a really bad haircut. I spoke to Nandita prior to the cut about my concerns (messages below) and I spoke to her during my appointment. I then reached out to her to fix the haircut because it is so uneven (pictures below) and she ignored me. I was also charged extra for blow drying, which I don’t understand. I’m very disappointed with my experience and don’t recommend going here.
