Rude and unprofessional attitude from female office person when I tried to coordinate a property viewing. Rang me back three times asking the same questions about my availability and which property I was interested in viewing. On the 3rd occasion I was told that the only date I could view the property was a date that I had previously advised I could not make (in a like it or lump it manner). Perhaps some politeness on the telephone and some note taking on the conversations you have with potential clients would improve the customer experience. Retraining of this person strongly advised.
