Having seen other reviews and the high end level of cars they service. I booked in BMW 320 D Major service and repair. Car had broken down and they came out to collect which I thought was very good to offer that, as many don’t. Found them very professional and honest about what the car needs. Price charged in line with what things are today.

Rang on Thursday to enquire about faulty blowers, lady on the phone said if we can leave the car with them on Friday they will fix it. They rang Friday to let us know the price and if we wanted them to carry out the repairs. Fetched just after lunchtime and everything in good working order. Lady on the phone was very helpful, we were very impressed with the quick service.

I emailed Jubilee asking for a quote detailing the work I required and they got back to me the next working day with an estimate. Emails back and forth were very fast and after a quote I booked in the the following week. I was unable to drop off and pick up my car so they were perfectly happy to collect as my car was only a short walk away. Danielle was very fast to send over updates on the car and asked if I was happy with additional work the mechanics suggested to be done. I requested a full service, AC and brakes check as well as replacing a coil spring that I provided. The pricing was reasonable and I paid online shortly after getting the invoice detailing all work that was carried out along with a list of advisories. Once payment was received I was sent a receipt and my car was dropped off again. I am very pleased with the services I received and I will be using Jubilee again. Definitely recommend.

Always take my car for an MOT here. They always try their best to accommodate you whenever they can, the latest test I took a car to, I rang first thing in the morning & dropped my car off, it was tested before 2.30pm. Really cannot fault them.
