He is always on top of my medication and also he always taking care on referrals for any other doctors that I need. He always made sure that a get the best attention on every single Referral.

I had a great experience at Chase Brexton in Columbia. I really appreciate that they offer walk-in appointments, which made it easy to be seen without a long wait. The doctor and staff were very caring and professional, and I felt like they truly listened to my concerns. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and everything was handled smoothly. I definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for quality care.

You will wait an eternity for referrals. The doctor said they sent them. Ive 1.5 hours in office just to be told they could not give it me then. It arrived two weeks later via mail. The referral line is useless by phone or email. I often get wrong referrals. Like they just put any information in the form and sent it. I even noted the doctor, phone and office address. Still wrong. How???!! It is always lets get some bloodwork. I get the bloodwork and it’s incomplete. The in office lab did not draw the requested blood. So now i got to go back and wait again. Then when it comes back fine, my providers like “see you're fine. Your bloodwork was fine so you are okay”. Im literally telling you I'm not okay. Then Im crazy. Requested mental health services and was denied care, transferred to another location. NP Jennifer was late to the appointment. Not gonna lie, I'm riddled with anxiety and was having a panic attack. First thing out her mouth was I needed a mood stabilizer. We were minutes into the appointment. Did not address my concerns at all and basically denied care. She did not treat me like an individual. I was a problem. I have been a patient here since the beginning. The doctors, nurse practitioner and at al. Are deteriorating. Can never get any appointment when need, always referred to the hospital that in-turn refers me back to my PA. It’s a circle jerk. Chase brexton and the insurance companies are the only ones getting off. My hope is that these providers receive the same care the give when they seek care. Lying up in their king sized bed lounging on tele-heath appointment. Literally no cultural competency. It’s great you have such a great bed and home. But many of your patients don’t.
