I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my visit. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The provider was friendly, attentive, and incredibly patient—she even let a 38-year-old man call his mother during the consultation, which says a lot about her compassion and understanding. The receptionist who checked me in was equally amazing and deserves a big shout-out for her warmth and efficiency. The gentleman who administered the HIV test was great as well, and the lab and pharmacy teams were all fantastic. If I could buy everyone involved a round of drinks, I absolutely would!

I love my PCP, had her for years. Sometimes she is late— the reason, I think, is because she truly cares about her patients. every employee and provider I’ve met there works so hard and cares so much. Yes sometimes there is a wait and my provider runs behind but she spends the time the PATIENT needs, NOT what the insurance company or medical admin SAYS the patient needs. Give your medical providers grace. They’re doing the best they can in a really punishing system. I am so grateful for my fantastic provider and I plan on seeing her as long as I am a patient at CB.

Dr. Neitzke is best at what she does! I never feel rushed or negated when it comes to my health concerns. She listens to me thoroughly and quickly sets an action plan. Prescriptions and requested lab work were always sent over smoothly, with little wait time. I’m relieved to have such a great doctor on my side! I thank you so much, you’ve been a blessing!

Dr Borntrager and his MA Keona is all you need to live a healthy happy life !! They will fight for you and with you ! They advocate and educate you! He will crack a joke but he will also check you (respectfully) when it comes to YOUR health! They got Chase Brexton 5 stars! Wish I could put more just because of them! They motivate you and give a shoulder to lean on while you cry! Health is and can be hard but they make it so easy by gracefully encouraging you to keep going ! The reassurance of having someone by your side while dealing with any situation medically is very much needed and appreciated! If you need a PCP or your Dr is not available- please request them! I PROMISE YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED ! GIVE THEM RAISES AND DAISY AWARDS IMMEDIATELY!!!
