The whole process from start to finish was unbelievable . Oliver was our agent, he listened to what we needed and went and found exactly that . He made things quick , easy and kept us informed every step of the way. He was upfront about price and was always available for questions. My only regret is I don’t have to have to buy/sell/rent at the moment because they would hands done be my choice! Can’t thank you enough Oliver you have completely changed my idea about realestate. We purchased a commercial investment property through Chase from Jordan Gentile. Upon our enquiry Jordan personally drove draft contracts out to our office 40 Kilometers away and went through the documents with us. We executed the contracts shortly thereafter. All during the settlement process he kept in contact with us and answered a multitude of questions relating to the property. Jordan was enthusiastic and engaging with us as buyers and was incredibly helpful in providing information regarding the property and negotiations with the sellers. Very professional but friendly approach to the transaction with a great outcome for both us and the sellers.
