I had such a great experience with Chase Roofing Company. John was amazing to work with from start to finish. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always keeping me updated with any changes and making sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. He took the time to educate me on roofing so I could make the best decision for my home, and he was incredibly helpful with all of the insurance questions and paperwork. On the day of service, John introduced me to his team and my point of contact, which I really appreciated. He even checked in after the job was complete—and brought treats for my dogs, which says a lot about how personable and thoughtful he is! The roof looks fantastic—no leaks, no damage, and the cleanup was spotless. My flower beds and attic were prepped ahead of time, and despite having a steep roof with multiple cuts and grooves, the entire job was completed in just one day. I feel confident in the quality of the work and couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend John and Chase Roofing. Friendly, professional, and thorough from beginning to end!

INCREDIBLE SERVICE AND QUALITY WORK! I must stress that I have very high standards when it comes to customer service, work ethic and quality control. After living in Mississippi (Southaven) for almost 3 years, and having been disappointed with almost all things customer service and honest work ethic, I basically accepted it as a fact of life in Southaven/Olive Branch area. However; John provided our family with hope for the future. We contacted him and requested immediate assistance due to our situation. Not only was he able to beat all the competitors pricing, he was able to get the job done incredibly fast! His crew was very kind and thoughtful, and helped us out with an unfortunate mishap we had in our yard (not related to the roof) John was in constant communication throughout the entirety of the project, very detailed, organized and informative throughout the process. John is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We couldn’t be happier with his thoughtful approach and job on our roof. If I could offer more than 5 stars I would! They did an excellent job on the roof and provided outstanding service. I called John in the morning, and his team came the same day to fix the roof,truly impressive! Everyone was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I’ll definitely work with them again.Highly recommended!
