Dr. Ray Cheng is absolutely fantastic. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and was very nervous and worried. Dr. Cheng reassured me prior to the procedure and explained risks and answered every question I had with regards to the procedure and aftercare. His bedside manner is wonderful and he is very attentive and kind when speaking to his patients. Even while being extremely nervous before and during the procedure, I did not feel a thing. The extraction was quicker than I thought it would be, and Dr. Cheng communicated effectively with me as he was working. This not only helped ease my nerves but he also set proper time expectations during the procedure. The staff was very kind and thorough in everything from explanation of cost, x-ray, and post procedure direction. Everyone had wonderful bedside manner and was so kind. Thank you so so much to everyone for the care and detail provided!!

Very transparent with pricing. They called before my appt to let me know the cost of everything. Dr. Cheng was patient and reassuring. Had 3 wisdom teeth removed with hardly any discomfort and almost no swelling.

Called yesterday to see if I can get an impacted wisdom tooth out ASAP and was booked this morning for a 9:30 appointment. Staff also explained cost on the phone. Dr. Cheng was very thorough while explaining risks & alternative solutions, and made sure that I had all the details I needed to make an informative decision. The actual operation was about 5 minutes. Waiting, consultation, X-ray, surgery and medicine together was only an hour. I would highly recommend this place especially if you’re Chinese!

Dr. Cheng and staff are a class act. They went out of their way to make a very nervous patient (me) feel as comfortable as possible. Procedure and communication were excellent. I had a sinus lift and bone graft. They are competent, caring, and compassionate.
