I had a terrible experience with this apartment sales company. The agent I worked with was unprofessional and seemed more interested in making a sale than finding me a suitable apartment. They showed me properties that were clearly out of my price range and tried to push me into something I didn't want. When I expressed my concerns, they brushed them off and seemed more focused on getting a commission. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for an apartment.

I was scammed by this fraudulent apartment company. I was in search of an apartment and was contacted by a representative from the company. They promised me a great deal on a beautiful apartment, and I was excited to see it..but then they refused what they promised. my personal information was compromised. Wasted my quality time, efforts, n played it I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are nothing but frauds and scammers, looking to take advantage of people in need of a place to live. They have no regard for the well-being of their clients and are only interested in making a quick buck. Stay as far away from this company as possible, they are not to be trusted

Completely disappointed with the hospitality. I saw an ad and went to check the flats with my father and mother. We were looking at the flats and a guy there came with his phone and took a photo of us without our consent and said it was company policy that whoever comes to see will be photographed and used for marketing as site visits. I am sorry to say that my long built reputation for Chathamkulam builders has now perished after this incident. My dad and mom are disgusted by the incident and rolled back the idea of even checking the flat out. We just wanted to leave the place immediately. A potential buyer is now lost for the company.
