I had a very disappointing experience at Chat Time. The person who served me was extremely impatient and unprofessional. When I tried to explain my order, they shouted at me because they didn’t understand what I needed. In the end, they even threw my drink at me instead of handing it over properly. This kind of rude behavior is unacceptable, and I will not be coming back.

I hosted a cupsleeve event at this Chatime location on August 2, 2025 and had a wonderful experience with the staff and venue! The venue is very spacious and accessible by transit. Even with our team's set up with vendor and volunteer tables, there was enough space for attendees to sit and enjoy their drinks. The staff are very kind and easy to work with as well. They helped with rearranging the tables to fit our event needs prior to my event team's set up time, showing great commitment and care for their collaborators. They were very supportive with the process of putting up my event by checking in to see how they could help achieve my vision! Their drinks are wonderful, and I love their roasted milk tea! Overall, the event was extremely successful thanks to the wonderful staff, spacious location and delicious tea. I would definitely be interested in hosting another event at this location in the future!
