Amy ChapmanUsed to like them. I placed an order and they gave me my total. Then they charged my bank $40 more than the total. When I questioned it they told me that was freight. A little pricey but fine. Then they shipped my stuff and charged me $20 more then the amount the charged my bank. We are now $60 more than the total they gave a checkout. When questioned I got the same response. That's freight. When asked to cancel they said they couldn't cancel but I can refuse the package. Refused packages are still subject to the outregeous freight charge AND a 15% fee. I can go to Joann's and get it cheaper than this distributor. They lost my business.
cindy maugThey have horrible customer service. They screw you on freight... it’s not good pricing. Very rude customer service, and their accounting team can’t handle charging your card without messing it up. Don’t get sucked in. It’s not how it seems. Read their reviews from their own workers!

Amanda would not talk to her supervisor to see if we can adjust the first purchase minimum. I cannot buy $300 from each new supplier I approach. What 1 man operator does? None of my suppliers require this of me why do you? Because Checker is against small business buyers.
