Deborah TuckerLovely weekend spent at Cheddar Woods Lodge was clean. We had a leak on first night reported to reception first thing. Amazing service sorted it straightaway and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were sorted as my Mum and Auntie in late 80s and 90s came with us. The reception staff were AMAZING. We had snack in bar which was lovely. Would recommend this lovely location. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who work hard from reception cleaners bar staff and the two who fixed the leak very good clean site THANK YOU
MolCheltenhamWe have just returned from a celebration weekend, staying in Lodge 132 and other family members in 137. Both lodges were well equipped and in great location, but surprisingly, our lodge didn't have a shower over the bath as our previous lodges have had. Hot tubs were checked by staff daily.|We ate in the restaurant on Saturday and when the manager noticed that one of the grandchildren wasn't feeling well, he went off and returned with a cool pack for him. So considerate. Food and service were faultless. |Some of the family members used the pool, which was very quiet.|Good location for visiting Somerset beaches and countryside, also very close to the motorway. |Will definitely return again.|
HayleyMy partner & I spent 4 nights in one of the 1 bedroom premier lodges. The view from where we stayed was breathtaking! The lodge itself was nice and the hot tub was clean and we had people come and check it everyday. We had a dinner one night in the bistro. The food was lovely and very well priced in my option. Check in and check out was nice and simple. Definitely will be back!
Louise ShortWe have just spent a lovely 4 nights at Cheddar Woods. We stayed with our 2 kids and 1 dog in a premier with hot tub and it was perfect. The lodge was clean and well maintained. We used the facilities which were also great, staff were friendly and polite. Visited lots of the surrounding areas, Cheddar Gorge and caves, Wells, Glastonbury and Stonehenge all within an hours drive. We would definitely recommend.
