Customer experiences
Waiting on a package for 2 days. Tracker says it is out for delivery. That update hasn't changed and my package is still in limbo somewhere. It was only coming from Toronto to KW. Paid for overnight shipping......still waiting. No help period. No update to the tracking. Just says out for delivery, been that way for 2 days. Company blows, don't waste my your time or money.
I have been waiting over 2 weeks, for a small package shipped from Toronto to kitchener. initially it stated the first week that they could not deliver due to there being secure access to my building which is untrue, theres no lock and a second time due to construction, the entrance has been open the whole time. Amazon and Canada post have had no issues delivering mail and package throughout the past two week. Their chat feature does not work, and I emailed them with screen shots of my doorway entrance and delivery notices from amazon as proof, and they have not responded in a week. since then it says deliver next day, which keeps getting pushed ahead every day.
They couldn't be bothered to walk an extra minute or two to deliver a package that is so small and way too light just because of a construction. It was so obvious that they were by our area already as I saw the tracking update indicating that there's a short delay due to construction but it will be with me shortly. Figured it would come later the day but the tracking update ended up showing that I HAVE to be the one to pick it up myself at their location. I have ordered some stuffs online ever since the construction started and every single one of them have delivered the packages (both heavy and light) right in front of our door. This company doesn't even bother updating their hours, so I had no idea that they would be closed from 11am to 1pm (I ended up coming back to the location which was another hassle.) I didn't bother checking the other courier services because they weren't the one who was supposed to deliver my parcel. When I finally got there, the guy who was at the front desk got me my parcel, grabbed a scanner for the barcode, but ended up getting distracted and started talking to his coworker and passed the job to another coworker who was passing by. That wasted more of my time. Long rant because everything just felt ridiculous.
Watched a delivery driver walk up on our porch and leave a "sorry we missed you" notice, without knocking. I assumed he was leaving something in the mailbox because he didn't knock. Instead, he just couldn't be bothered to deliver my package with a signature. He even made eye contact with me through the window as he left the porch.
