Great service from City Plumbing Chelmsford. Phoned on Mon 12 May ‘25, spoke to Lewis enquiring about Aqualisa Shower Varispray Cassette & Quartz Digital Control Unit. Said yes they can get them, went down & saw Lewis, he ordered & arrived next day 13 May ‘25👍 Can’t get better than that, thank you Lewis, very efficient, polite, professional! Certainly recommend them for Plumbing Requiements!

I have emailed and emailed and emailed and emailed but no reply. Branch manager just plain and simply doesn't reply to emails. I followed up with another email to sales, just to chase up an order i placed, still no reply. Extremely frustrating, not sure how they can operate if they don't reply to customers. Still haven't heard back over a week later regarding my order. Not impressed with this service level.
