Our boiler was 22 years old and on its last legs, Marytn came round the next day, such a lovely guy, he explained everything and a quote was with us that evening, which we agreed to and was very happy with . Harrison came on the day we were told and exactly on time, he is the politest young man, extremely respectful and a very contentious hard worker, he explained everything from start to finish, and was so tidy, even washing down our patio at the very end. The boiler and a powerflush were all completed to a very high standard in a day and a half, we also meet Rob, who fitted our Hive, again another lovely guy, who explained how the hive works, and set it all up for us. We thought our heating was fine before , but since having the new Worcester boiler fitted, we can definitely feel the difference, the radiators are so much hotter. This family run company and the team, go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and we really are. Very professional, caring and know their products. David BlissGreat experience dealing with Chelmsford Plumbing and Heating, right from initial booking, though installation. We had wanted to replace electric heating in a flat and didn't know where to start. Rob their Electrician came out, gave us great advice and priced up the job quickly. Rob even came out to remove the existing heating so would could decorate. Rob came back to install which took most of the day and even resolved some other electrical issues we had. Excellent service especially from Rob, as well as Becky in the office who kept me constantly informed and addressed any questions I had. Thank you.
