We absolutely love our new deck! Mark and team helped us design the layout and choose materials, plus they were willing to accommodate any changes or additions. The whole team was so friendly and courteous and they did a really great job on every part of the build. We’re excited to use this expanded living space to make memories year round.

Mark and the Chermark team are the best! From all the contractors I contacted for my reno, Mark was the first to provide a quote and he also made the most suggestions for various reno options, from chipping up the concrete floor right down to the final finishing touches. The cost was very reasonable and Mark would offer suggestions to help save money where possible. Chermark doesn't work without the appropriate permits, so you know the work is going to be done to spec and your project will be built safe & sound. Ease of interaction and attention to detail are only two main highlights I experienced with the entire Chermark team. If I wanted a change or two along the way, it was never a problem. According to Mark, "Anything is possible!" Steven, the Foreman, is onsite and carries out the majority of the work. He will make suggestions as the project proceeds such as tile selection & placement, flooring materials, lighting, paint colours, etc. He even had better ideas than the original plans for the general layout of the area, that worked well and were much more practical. Thank you to Mark, Steven, Alexi, Quentin, and Thomas for a fantastic job. For future projects, I will only be using Chermark. There's no need to contact anyone else!
