There really nice, it’s hard finding an office that takes my insurance (MD healthy smiles) and I was able to get an appointment really soon, I’m glad I found them. The new patient forms are electric or on paper which I love! Having both amenities is critical now a days! They even have a massage chair in the waiting room! Definitely give them a try!

Strong smiles was good, the new Edgewater Dentist would not recommend. The place doesn’t seem very clean and reception isn’t very helpful. It seems the people who work reception are also the hygienist so it’s a bit chaotic. Switched dentist to a different practice in Annapolis and so much happier!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible service and extreme lack of staffing. No receptionist and half of the lights were turned off in the office. I had to wait by an empty counter for several minutes before getting acknowledged by anyone. I was prescribed a prescription that would’ve had dangerous interactions with medication I am currently on that was listed on my paperwork. No one told me anything about my prescription or its interactions, so I found out about the extreme interactions due to my own research. The prescription they gave me was also emailed to me as a picture they took of the paper print out of the prescription. I obviously had to jump through hoops with my pharmacy for them to even accept this. In addition to this I have requested copies of my X-Rays and records for weeks now. I have requested them on almost 10 different occasions through phone calls and emails and I am STILL waiting for my records that I requested. I have been told that they will send them “asap” or “right now”, but I have not received what I have asked for multiple times. I need these records for a new dentist that I have transferred to and the staff here know this, they just do not care. They also tried to book me for multiple root canal appointments and wanted me to go home with half of a root canal done with an extremely fragile/weak tooth because “it would take too long for one appointment”. My new dentist that I transferred to has no issue completing multiple things in the span of one appointment. This dentist displays so many negligent and unprofessional qualities. Patients are not a priority, I personally think money & dishonesty is their priority and I don’t understand how they are still in business.

Thank you to Dr. Belton and her Dental Tech Tasha for the wonderful emergency treatment that I received today. They were so professional as well as compassionate with my visit. My chipped front tooth looks absolutely amazing after they filled and filed my tooth. Actually better than before it chipped ! Also, they found an infection that will require a root canal that I may not have known about and quickly prescribed meds and a referral. I have been a patient for many years, but it is nice to see that the staff at Strong Smiles is as friendly and professional as my first visit.
