they have the best care and staff! Amy and Melissa are very welcoming and friendly, they know everyone by their first names and they are always happy to see you. Emma, Maria, and Marian are the most caring and attentive dental assistants you could ask for! They will make sure you are feeling confident and taken care of. Dr. Bao and Dr. Gens are by far the best dentists I have ever had! They took such good care of me and helped me with my anxiety. They are extremely knowledgeable and caring. I trust everyone at this practice and will continue to refer them to anyone I meet who needs a dentist.

He checks every box I look for in an exceptional dentist: outstanding care, a strong focus on patient comfort, clear communication, and genuine kindness. He does not rush appointments or recommend unnecessary treatments—he truly listens and cares. Dr. Gens has a calm, friendly presence that immediately put me at ease. The office is clean, modern, and well-equipped. The staff—Amy, Victoria, Maria, and Whitney—were all warm and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. What stood out most was how clearly Dr. Gens explained my dental health and treatment options. He offered thoughtful recommendations but always left the decisions to me, without any pressure. I’ve been a patient with Bay Hills Family Dentistry for multiple years. In that time their practice has grown immensely, adding hygienists, assistants, dentists, and admins, as well as renovating and improving their office space, and upgrading their technology. With all that growth they still treat me as a respected and valued individual. They are personable, quick to respond when adressing a concern or answering a question, and provide wonderful dental care. Specifically: They’ve adapted to changes with my insurance provider to help alleviate the inconveniences that came with the shift. When having issues with my orthodontic tray system they readily assisted me in finding the best and most cost-efficient solutions. Brittany is, by far, the most thorough dental hygienist I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and just an overall wonderful person. Dr. Bao is always jovial and a master of her craft. She always take the time to comprehensively review your exam and will answer any questions or address any concerns completely. Melissa and Amy are quick to respond to clerical questions and communicate updates to appointments or previous requests. They also present the option to communicate these messages via text, a convenience significantly appreciated. Everyone else in the practice is personable and always seem to be in good humor; it’s not uncommon to have a friendly greeting or quick conversation in passing with Dr. Gens or any of the other familiar faces around the practice. I seriously love this place. I’ve seen all three dentists here and they’re all amazing; thorough, kind, and just genuinely great at what they do. The front desk staff and hygienists are absolute gems. They are friendly, accommodating, and make every visit feel super easy and stress-free. They're also upfront about costs, which I really appreciate. No surprises, just clear info and great care. I actually enjoy coming to the dentist now, and I’ve recommended several friends and family members. One even travels all the way from Baltimore just to come here haha. If you’re looking for a place that makes dental care feel less like a chore and more like visiting people you trust, this is it!
