Technician Art Sams did an excellent job, as always. He arrived on time and completed his work quickly, while being respectful of the property. I thank him and Chet's for their dedication and care of our home. I have been working with Chet's Termites & Pets Management for several years and, without hesitation, I highly recommend them for their excellent service.

Contacted Chet’s for pest control. Had to repeatedly reschedule for life issues as our home had a fire and death in the family. Finally found a date that would work for us. Spent a day preparing for pest treatment by emptying entire kitchen and called to ask a question and to confirm the appointment. They had cancelled our appointment weeks ago and I am finding out the day before the treatment. Never received a supposed phone call from them with the cancellation. Explained our circumstances, especially with our home catching partially on fire and death in the family. Chet’s simply doesn’t care about people, they showed no concern and would not reschedule for us, wouldn’t take our business. This is horrible business practice. If I want to sign a contract to pay for something, take my money. If I decide I can’t handle the appointments, still take my money. This is poor business practice to cancel someone for extreme life circumstances and then not let them know.

I highly recommend Chet’s. I had another company come out first, and the salesman immediately told me I needed to tent the house. Michael, from Chet’s, clearly is a skilled technician and after a very thorough inspection, indicated we don’t need treatment. It’s such a relief to find a company you can count on for sound and honest advice.
