Chevron - Gas Station

This Chevron gas station is the best one out of all gas stations in Victoria and outside of it. The great staff, Lucky, Marielle, Danika and Maureen deliver exceptional customer service with a 😊! It is so refreshing to see any one of them. Please keep this wonderful staff and pay them well for their hard earned work. They really deserve so much for their great customer service, kind generosity and selflessness.

I recently visited your gas station and noticed that the employees were attentive and cautious in providing good service — which I appreciate. While asking for a fill-up, I had a quick question for the staff about the correct tire pressure for the tires on my car. Unfortunately, none of the employees were able to provide an answer. While I understand that not everyone is a car expert, I believe it would be beneficial for staff working in a gas station to have a basic understanding of topics like tire pressure guidelines — or at least know where to direct customers for reliable information. In addition, I believe employees in this type of environment should take initiative to understand basic issues related to the overall services offered at a gas station. This kind of proactive knowledge not only improves customer experience, but also helps build trust and confidence in the service provided. Encouraging staff education in these areas would not only enhance customer satisfaction but also reflect a strong commitment to safety and service excellence. Every time I come here Maureen gives me a hard time. She is always on her phone sitting, chilling. I asked her to change the printer paper because every time I come here and pay at the pump , printer paper is always out. Today she said in rain we are not allowed to go out and change the paper. So she said in rain it's your job to come in store to get the receipt. She is very unprofessional every time I go to the store. I will never come at this store now.
