The vets offer levels of solutions, and are willing to get creative when my cat won't eat. I appreciate the candor regarding issues that could impact my senior cat in future - it's nice to be prepared. Everyone here clearly loves cats, and it shows.

I’ve never been to a vet as amazing as this one! Both the front desk staff and veterinarians are incredibly friendly and helpful. The exams are extremely thorough, and they take the time to carefully review your pet’s medical history and behavior, which I truly appreciate. The veterinarians provided us with detailed information about our options and available testing. When our cat passed away from cancer, the team showed such compassion and empathy, it brought us a lot of comfort during an incredibly difficult time. I wouldn’t take my cats anywhere else. The level of care here is exceptional, and it’s clear that both the vets and staff share a deep love for animals.

Mike Appleby rated it 1 star because of unsympathetic staff and high pricing.... I couldn't disagree more. The staff cookery care about your pets. They tell you all the options and ask what you can do in your budget and never push it demands services or tests that are unnecessary. Our vet Sat with us and comforted us through our very hard decisions the while time we were there. Comforted us. Not pitched to us. Extremely happy. You can immediately tell they care about your cats, they remember the cats more than they remember the owner, very cute.
