I have been taking my cats to Merivale Pet Hospital for years now. Super friendly and understanding staff; they always answer my questions with a smile! My family went through a tough time where we had to put down our cat, but the staff were empathetic and helped us grieve. Top notch care, would recommend!

We've been taking our senior cat with thyroid issues here for some time. I find the staff to be very compassionate and understanding (particularly when I call in tears). The vets offer levels of solutions, and are willing to get creative when my cat won't eat. I appreciate the candor regarding issues that could impact my senior cat in future - it's nice to be prepared. Everyone here clearly loves cats, and it shows.

I’ve never been to a vet as amazing as this one! Both the front desk staff and veterinarians are incredibly friendly and helpful. The exams are extremely thorough, and they take the time to carefully review your pet’s medical history and behavior, which I truly appreciate. The veterinarians provided us with detailed information about our options and available testing. When our cat passed away from cancer, the team showed such compassion and empathy, it brought us a lot of comfort during an incredibly difficult time. I wouldn’t take my cats anywhere else. The level of care here is exceptional, and it’s clear that both the vets and staff share a deep love for animals.
