Chewy Chews - All Natural Dog Treats

A tasty treat, but the vending machine experience needs some work. I recently tried to buy some shark cartilage treats from the Chewy Chews vending machine in Newstead while walking one of my regular pups. Unfortunately, the machine had an error and didn’t vend the product. It displayed a message saying, “Sorry this happened, enter your email,” which made me think someone would reach out, but I had to follow up myself. The email process was a bit slow and back-and-forth. They did offer to deliver the treats the same day (which I appreciated!), but I didn’t hear back until over a month later, when one of my clients let me know the package had finally arrived. While I love the idea of locally accessible dog treats and was really looking forward to surprising my pup, the delay meant we missed the moment I bought them for. Communication could definitely be improved, especially when vending issues occur. Even a quick refund option when there's a known error would go a long way. Will be buying online next time, to save any vending hiccups, but a dog treat vending machine is a great idea!

Happy to recommend Chewy Chews to other Puppy/Dog owners. Our newest family member Norman (Cavoodle) didn’t respond well to other brands that we tried. We gave Chewy Chews a try and not only does he love them they don’t upset his tummy.

I bought these on a whim from a vending machine in Robina Town Centre. I had no idea what to expect, but I took a punt because they’re Aussie made and natural. Happy to report my Westie loves them! I bought the dancing ducky chews as my boys being Westies are sensitive to most things treats wise. Love the sound of them going crunch crunch and they’re well made. Didn’t take photos but the fact the bag is now empty tells you everything you need to know about how good they were. 😂
