Really great place to visit with kids. I brought my 4.5y, 18m, and 5m kids and they all had a great time. Good variety of activities. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, facilities were clean. Parking at Navy Pier is way too expensive, but alot of Spot Hero space close for $12-$20. Hours are also sorta weird which can make it hard to go when kids have midday naps. But if timing works out, well worth the time!

We visited the Chicago Children’s Museum at Navy Pier and had a really fun time! It’s a wonderful place for kids, especially ages 3 to 10. There are so many hands-on activities and creative play areas that keep them engaged for hours. The water area and treehouse were definitely the highlights — my kid could’ve spent all day there! The dinosaur and fossil digging area was another favorite, especially for little ones who love dinosaurs or exploring. It is a bit on the expensive side, especially since adults have to pay full price even though there’s not much for them to do. But it’s worth it once you see how much fun the kids are having. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the museum was clean and well-organized. It can get crowded on weekends, so going earlier in the day helps. Overall, it’s a great spot for a family outing — fun, educational, and full of energy. Perfect way to spend a few hours at Navy Pier with kids!

So very much to do! Many different activities for different interests in the ages of all children. My niece and nephew loved it. Great hands on experiences, many engaging exhibits both physically and mentally. Wonderful place that will take a lot of time to do the whole place. Worth while for many trips to do and experience different things
