Very disappointing service and unprofessional behavior. Initially, they quoted $300 per passport for a 10-year Saudi visa. Just a few days later, they asked for an additional $200. I declined and requested my passport back, which cost me approximately $60–$80 in shipping. They later called and left a voicemail in a rude and condescending tone. It felt as if they assumed I was uninformed about the visa process. ( I have all text and VM about above) The most frustrating part is that anyone can apply for a 5–10 year Saudi visa themselves for around $115 directly — which I ended up doing successfully without their help ( very easy process) NO need to use these guys , do it yourselves and give that extra money to any needy people or charity .
