My condo building needed a new roof last year. Kelly from Chicago Star Roofing gave us a very competitive quote and his team did an outstanding job. Kelly was easy to communicate with and to schedule the work. The whole roof was torn down and redone in one weekend. I would recommend Chicago Star Roofing to anyone.

The Chicago star roofing team caught me as I was exiting my home noticing my roof was in immediate need of repair. I am not too educated on roofing or gutters. However, The crew was patient with my many questions, polite and efficient in providing detailed information as well as pictures of my roof provided by a drone. While also ensuring me with options on budget transparency. I am very pleased, highly recommend!!! Thank you again to the entire team.

I had some roof damage from a Spring storm that was not discovered until August 2022. I had secured a company to cover the needed repair areas and assist with doing an estimate with my insurance company. My insurance approved the claim and sent checks to the company in early August. However, after the check being mailed to them thee times and they stating they never received the check, the check was mailed to me, (by then it was October). I had been trying to secure a date for the company to come do the work. To no avail they never followed through. Finally, yesterday inhad had enough. I called Chicago Star Roofing. They responded to my call within an hour of me leaving a message. Kelly said they would come out between 2-3 pm, (but may make it earlier). Kelly called me before 2 pm gave me an estimate and sent me pictures of the damage and said they could do the work right then. I gave them the okay to do the work. They did the work right away. I was so impressed with their professionalism and concern with addressing my issue right away and the price to do the repairs. Kelly was very patient as I had lots of questions. He sent me pictures after they completed the work. They cleaned up afterwards as well! I would recommend Chicago Star Roofing to anyone needing any type of roofing work/repair. Kelly was great!

I sent out a request for an estimate on my old Chicago bungalow roof late on a Wednesday night and I had a reply from Kelly on Thursday morning. John came out that same Thursday afternoon with his expert roofing crew. I was afraid I had an expensive nightmare project to deal with and instead John explained affordable solutions to my roofing problems. He offered to help me save my roof for another few years before I have to think and plan for the dreaded full roof replacement. What a relief! John explained everything and offered to do the work the very next day. I never write reviews, but I truly appreciated how he listened to my questions/concerns and replied with honest answers and solutions. I can’t wait to see the results tomorrow afternoon! I will come back to update on the results and click the 5 ⭐️ Update: Kelly and his team were great to work with and very reassuring of the company's quality of work and pride. John was very responsive, great at assessing the situation and providing solutions. He was courteous and followed through with everything in a timely fashion. Joel did a great job of installing the hip and ridge shingles. I appreciate Joel’s attention to detail and dedication. It’s obvious that he takes great pride in his work. I am confident I can count on Chicago Star Roofing for my future projects. Thank you so much!
