Getting the tickets was super easy and quick. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The wait to get on was pretty short but the line fills up quick. It was so nice to see the city from the river and it made my Chinatown experience really easy and enjoyable. Here’s some pictures of the views I got to see before making it to Chinatown :)

I had the best time riding on the water taxi. It took me straight into Chinatown. Price was inexpensive, and it's very similar to the other tours with the exception of someone speaking about Chicago. Thoroughly enjoyed myself

It's a great opportunity to see the city from the river on a budget. Seatings are available inside and outside. First come, first served. Nice gesture to give a discount to the senior citizens 👍.

A fun and beautiful way to commute from downtown to Chinatown for only $10 ($25 for 10 rides for local commuters). We had a great time on this ride and will definitely be using this service again
