Customer experiences
This was my son's first dental appointment. Everything was a smooth process from beginning to end. The dentist (I'm sorry I forget the name of who seen my son, but you were amazing!) and her assistant were very pleasant and made sure I was comfortable with them continuing to take care of my son's teeth even with him crying. Thank you all for making this experience great for momma and her son 💙 Ana thank you for getting us checked in quickly and being so kind when my son accidentally knocked over the entire jar of pens. And thanks again everyone ❤️
We had to wait seven months to get 3 cavities filled in. My daughter had three cavities in total and at the end of the visit they told me that they only did two and that she doesn’t have three. As I’m walking out the door the representative behind the front desk was calling me on my phone to let me know that they needed to schedule a separate appointment for her third filling. Which was going to be another three months away By the way. I immediately raise the concern and luckily someone had just canceled and I was able to get an appointment the following week. If you’re going to do anything other than cleanings, I would not recommend this place. Especially if your children no longer have their milk teeth and their adult teeth have grown in. I will not be returning based on this experience which almost led my daughter to getting a root canal because the cavity was not made a priority due to us having to wait seven months from two of the three appointments being canceled
We came here looking for alternate opinions and were referred from our home dentist for the treatment that needed done asap. We showed up before our appointment at 9 am and everyone was scattered, rude and unfriendly... We got called back and the assistant bringing us back was far from friendly, including every other interaction we had with every person who works there. It felt horrible the first 10 minutes of us even being in the office. I was beyond uncomfortable and debated walking out multiple times. I should have listened. We waited almost 2 hours from start to end for a basic exam and overview of “care” we’d receive. They told us my daughter had way more cavities than each of the other 2 dentists we have seen. PLEASE BEWARE. When I told them we’d only be using them for the problem tooth we needed addressed asap and going back to our home dentist for the remainder, they told me i was DENYING CARE and made me feel absolutely terrible about the issues that are actually made up by them considering we’ve seen multiple dentists and not one of them mentioned half the issues they did. We will NEVER be back. My daughter was so uncomfortable the entire time we waited and had interactions with the staff. She asked me if we could go back to her other dentist because this place feels scary. The entire visit here was horrible and I left in tears over how rude and disrespectful they were to me and my 3 children. Just another paycheck, not a person type of medical care business. So grateful we found care elsewhere and the office we have now is INCREDIBLE.
These ladies are amazing! We are traveling out of state and my son needed seen asap for major dental needs. Typically dental visits are a no go for my 5yo but this one was different. They knew exactly how to communicate with him. It was short of a miracle they got X-rays, looked in his mouth with not one protest. The women we saw today and even at the front desk and the billing department were beyond helpful. I’m so grateful and highly recommend !!!
