After calling many places, I was so relieved to find a dental office experienced in working with kids on the spectrum. They even have a “quiet room,” which made the visit so much easier. The staff was incredibly attentive and patient, and I truly appreciate the care they provided. I’m so happy I found this place and highly recommend them!

The last visit was rushed!! We were in and out within 7/8 mins after the check-in. This is for a cleaning!! Previously I always waited much longer and just being on my phone researching, emails, etc. I always plan for longer wait and mentally prepare myself for these appts. I didn’t even get to do my research or anything on my phone! My daughter noticed it and said the same thing!! Did they even clean/checked her teeth correctly??? It can’t be!!!Because right after my daughter said she was doing it fast and it hurt her teeth!!! She said the Black Hygienist was rough. Very very disappointed yall!! We paid for these insurance to get cleaning!!! Also note we were the last appt of the day. While my daughter was walked out the doors were ready to be locked and the staff was ready to go!!! Additionally, the front desk person (black lady) was not acknowledging and welcoming at all. Didn’t look up at me or smile!! Ask for info and stared at the computer while doing this. I was the one interacting, smiling and acknowledging her/them LOL!!! New management, Dentist, staff??? What is it?? I used to love going there when it’s welcoming and friendly!!!

After this office cancelled and rescheduled my daughter’s appointment 2 times it was finally the day of the appointment. I left work early and picked my daughter up from school. Rushed to this office to make it on time only to be met by locked doors and a sign on the door stating office is closed. No phone call. No email. No text message. It is beyond frustrating dealing with this office. Appointments are so hard to get you have to wait months to be seen then you get a message saying they cancel “due to staffing” if you’re lucky. Or you show up to locked doors with no notice at all. It is not good business to treat your customers like that.

This place was recommended through my sons insurance. He is autistic and easily upsetl by loud noises. First started visiting when he was very lil. Waiting room has tvs with cartoons. Exam room is quiet also has a TV. He stays entertained and fairly calm. They take their time making sure he is a willing participan, never hurried or forced to be examined. Usually sent to dental surgery for X-rays, etc .. since he doesn't let them do more than look in his mouth.
