Dr. John Dryden was incredibly professional and caring while treating my daughter. Instead of immediately opting to extract her tooth, he took the time to clean and preserve it, placing a smooth, comfortable crown that my daughter is very happy with. He went above and beyond by also filling a few other teeth to help prevent future cavities. We truly appreciate his dedication and excellent care. Great job, Dr. Dryden!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Children's Dental Surgery of Lancaster! My 5-year-old had dental surgery here, and the entire team was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They made us feel so comfortable and calm throughout the process. The staff was patient, kind, and truly wonderful with kids — explaining everything in a way my child could understand. The dentist and anesthesiologist were professional, gentle, and reassuring, and I felt completely confident that my child was in great hands. The recovery went smoothly, and they even followed up afterward to make sure everything was going well. I’m so grateful for the care and compassion they showed us. If you’re a parent nervous about your little one needing dental work, this is the place to go!

It was such a great experience! The two women in pre op were amazing. I forgot to get their title, however I would assume that they were nurses. They were so attentive to our needs. They made me feel so comfortable as a mother who never been through this before. They also were very good with my son. The way they spoke to him, their energy. It was amazing! Also, the dentist and anesthesiologist came and talked to me. They went over everything and answered my questions in entirety. And the nurse in post op was also amazing! She went over every detail and what to expect. She also gave us ample amount of time to recover. She got us a wheelchair and helped us to the car. I am so impressed with the care that we received and my son is doing amazing! As a nurse myself, I couldn't have asked for a better care team for my child.
